- comments: observed no clean-up policy procedure and items for vomiting and diarrhea must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)(citation issued)

- comments: observed front prep area hand sink not accessible observed 3 metal pans and 3 lids inside of said hand sink articles were removed during inspection must keep hand sink accessible at all times. (cos)(priority foundation 7-38-030(c)(citation issued)

- comments: must invert multi-use utensils on rear dish storage rack above 3- compartment sink.
