We ordered take out dinner on Sunday 10/8/23. We ordered beef szechuan, egg rolls, fried rice, steamed dumplings, fried wontons, teriyaki chicken sticks. About 2 hours after I started vomiting and couldn’t hold in liquids. My family and I all got fevers, feeling chills and weakness, my child also vomited a few times. My husband got intense headaches, muscle aches, and diarrhea. We are better two days later. Of note, I threw the Szechuan beef away in the kitchen trash, and about an hour later it started smelling really bad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Weakness, Chills
