My wife and I had lunch today at 2 PM and ordered tuna steaks. The problem is that 40 minutes later, we both presented typical symptoms of scombroid/histamine food poisoning, probably due to storage at insufficiently low temperature after fishing: diarrhea, hot flashes, itching, headache! This lasted 4 hours. We called the restaurant to inform them and were told that the fish had been delivered in the morning! This in no way means that cold storage was done correctly! We had not eaten anything else before coming to this restaurant and both had the same symptoms to different degrees | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Headache, Other, Itching
