Ordered bacon egg and cheese breakfast burrito and southwest chicken salad with buttermilk dressing. About an hour afterwards I had severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, nauseated. I had ordered 3 peices of chicken around almost midnight last Wednesday and a quater pounds hotdog. Then my stomach feel really bad. The next day I have diarrhea evertime I ate a things. Then it keeping getting worse I whole body feel sick until today I finally start to get better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Bought the individual pizza at a gas station/convenience store Thursday evening. Ate it around 7pm. I was at work and wasn’t feeling well. I had to go home, where I had severe vomiting and hours later diarrhea and a fever. I was sick all of Friday and most of Saturday  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
