Had Plant Pioneers "roast chicken" pieces in a sandwich for lunch. Felt ok all day apart from quite windy in the evening. Woke up in the early hours feeling awful, ears ringing, room spinning, explosive diarrhea and vomiting. It happened yesterday  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other

Friday 28th May my husband and I travelled from London late to our holiday home in Bognor and had to get this we ate the same but he had a large vanilla milkshake, within 3 hours he was vomiting and had diarrhoea we are now two days in and he is still vomiting and unable to eat.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
