Me and my boyfriend ate a sausage burrito and a mcgriddle each from McDonald's and after he felt nauseous and feverish. Not too long after I had sever abdominal cramps and sharp pains in my lower stomach. I had diarrhea for 2 days and a fever with loss of appetite.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Loss of Appetite

Myself and a workman at my house both became violently ill after eating pizza from Papa John's in Beaufort , SC. Stomach pains started 3 hours after eating followed by violent vomiting and diarreaha . Vomiting ceased in 12 hours diareaha has continued non-stop 24 hours later  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
