I ordered 20 chicken nuggets with a coke and a raspberry white chocolate pie with in. 2 hours I was on the toilet with bad belly and been sick every where and that’s the only thing I ate all day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Had domino’s last night, had a pizza and some wedges (was meant to have chicken strippers but they messed it up). Anyway, i’ve been up most of the night with horrific diarrhoea and throwing up. Mini Toblerone from multipack gifted for Xmas. I’ve eaten just 2 on this occasion and after an hour suffered diarrhoea. This has happened numerous times in the past few weeks and I’m now certain it is happening each time I eat the Toblerone’s. It was likely purchased in Bristol.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
