Yesterday afternoon I purchased a foot long on white bread with chicken fillet and bacon with spinach tomato onion and capsicum. I am 43 years old female and have never experienced anything as violent. It was scarey.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had chicken nuggets from there for lunch and 2 hours later the diarrhoea and stomach cramps started, the following day uncontrolled nausea, stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhoea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
