On December 21st I went through drive through and asked for a burger within 7 dollar price range they gave me a burger I had one bite and I've been deathly sick since  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I purchased the chicken alfredo penne yesterday and had it for dinner. Today my boyfriend and I have uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting. I also have severe stomach pain and chills. Its so bad I can't even keep water down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

I ate Manchu Wok at the mall with my cousin, we both got entirely different meals- yet we still got bad nauseous spells. After I got home, I threw up three times from this food.
