Additional information: i got chicken and veggie and fries. 1 hours after eating my stomachache started. after 3 days I still have symptoms but less severe.  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Breakfast sausage on a homestyle biscuit sandwich and an iced coffee. Had half my sandwich and a few sips of the coffee. Within an hour, intense stomach pains. Haven't been able to eat or drink anything other than water all day. Resisting the urge to vom  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

All of the food was horrible, but I think this was from the orange chicken. I ate a couple pieces and noticed it tasted pretty bad and definitely not like chicken.
