We bought fresh cucumbers frim Costco Brossard, QC. First me and my daughter start vomiting and have dearrhea. Next day my wife and thw son ate cucumber and hade the same symptoms. It was hard to find what product provoked the illness.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

Around 7 pm on Monday, October 3, 2016, I ate a ham sandwich from Subway with gluten-free bread, garnished with all the vegetables and with mayonnaise. Got very sick around 3 am the morning after, followed by heavy cramping in the afternoon for a few hours. Vomitting and diarhea lasted for 2.5 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps

Ate spinach feta wrap at 11am. Diarrhea started at around noin and lasted all day and night. Fever, aches and pains throughout the day and night. Vomiting commenced at 3am the next night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
