The MAPAQ, in collaboration with the City of Montreal's Food Inspection Division and Del Monaco, located at 2968, boulevard Saint-Charles, in Montreal (Kirkland), is warning the public not to consume and recalling the Rosso Alfredo Sauce due to the possible E. coli contamination. To date, no cases... See More of illness associated with the consumption of this food have been reported to MAPAQ.
The affected product is Rosso Alfredo Sauce, 500 ml, BEST BEFORE 09 NOV. 2023. The product was packaged in a plastic container with a clear snap-on lid and sold frozen. In addition to its name, the product's label bore the words "www.delmonaco.ca", and was offered for sale until May 24, 2023 at DelMonaco, located at 2968 Saint-Charles Blvd, Kirkland, Quebec.
Anyone in possession of the product is advised not to consume it. Return it to the store where it was purchased, or throw it away.

The affected product is:
- Jolivent Smoked Salmon, format: unitary, Units sold until May 26, 2023. It was placed on a golden cardboard, covered with a transparent and black plastic film, and sold in the frozen state. The product label included, in addition to its name, the words “ESPACE GOURMAND”.
If you bought the recalled product and have not kept it in the freezer at all times since the time of purchase is advised not to consume it. They must return it to the establishment where they bought it or throw it away.
