Had a strawberry milkshake and a quarter pounder with cheese.
I have had quarter pounders from the same location a handful of times over the last few years. I cannot remember the last time I had a shake from there before this, so I suspect it was the culprit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

got a meal before going to Walmart where I was wearing a mask, I was the only person to eat , hour 1/2 - 2 hours later I had severe upper abdominal pain I couldn't move followed by vomiting and diarrhea lasted a couple of hours then I was mostly fatigued.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue
