Triple burger, I got sick within ten minutes of eating my burger. I couldn't leave the bathroom. We live 15 minutes away and I couldn't make it home. We had to stop emergency at a gas station. Extreme violent diarrhea and cramping and nausea. I was sick for 2 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

I ate sushi at this restaurant and later that night I woke up vomiting non stop from 2 am to 4 am, I was the only one to get sick I order the only different thing which was a sushi platter the salmon tasted kind of funny  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I was the only family member to eat the butter chicken dish and I was violently ill within 4 hours of eating it. Vomiting, diarrhea, stomach craps, gas, bloating, fever, lethargy. I was very ill for 2 days and still mildly ill for 3 additional days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Bloating, Gas, Fever
