After eating their Dominican Night Buffett, I woke up at 3 am the next morning feeling like death. Vomitting and diarrhea was uncontrollable. Three days later very minimal progress has been made. Diarrhoea and vomiting for 8 days. Eating fruit, lettuce, and chicken. Drinking water in restaurants is filtered tap water but with ice cubes, which are presumably produced from unfiltered water.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
