Horrendous experience. I got deathly ill on the last day of my trip and just made it back to the US. I had to spend a week hospitalized- I was diagnosed with Sepsis, Pancolitis and salmonella poisoning. I really thought i was going to die. This was in May of 2017.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Group of 16 are at the hibachi restaurant. Of the 16, 10 became ill with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea., 10 of 16 became sick. One became ill within the hour. The others as the night progressed, into the next day., 2 others got a rash as well  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Skin Rash
