I had a Maxi Best of menu with triple cheeseburger on Thursday, May 12 during lunch. I spent the night feeling nauseous, vomiting, and having watery stools. Having eaten in the evening with my mother, I am sure it was the meal at McDonald's that intoxicated me.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I inform you that I bought a ham/salad/low fat mayonnaise sandwich.
After consuming it on Wednesday, April 27 around noon, 4 hours later, I was taken with diarrhea then nausea and finally vomiting throughout the evening.
To assert what is right.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
