I bought a hot dog and a milkshake on Saturday around 5 pm at Five Guys. The next morning I had nausea, headache, stomach pain, diarrhea. In the evening I had diarrhea and vomited. Rarely have I been so sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
