My boyfriend started having nausea and a huge stomachache a few hours after eating his Tacos (tenders+goat cheese gratin), it should be noted that it was the only thing he ate in the afternoon. He threw up all his tacos and still feels weak even after sleeping.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
