I ate McDonald's at night, the next day at 7 am I was vomiting until around 12 am, with perspiration, tremors, etc. It's the first time I have a problem with a McDonald's, it must be bad luck but I prefer to alert anyway.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating
