2 people. We went to MacDonald's in Cadaujac on Sunday evening and since Monday morning, nausea, diarrhea and vomiting, and very strong intestinal cramps, as well as cold sweats. Order nuggets fries, Bigmac, cheeseburger and salad.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
