I ate Pépé Chicken at night (tenders + fries) and I felt before bed that the chicken breading was left on my stomach. Vomiting and diarrhea the next morning upon waking up. Nausea that lasts all day and severe headaches up to 3 days later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache

We were 3 hungry paramedics, we ate and 2 hours after nausea vomiting and all the symptoms of food poisoning.
Frying??? Fries and potatos are certainly not going to pass because of the oil.
