I have been sick since I ate MacDonald's on Tuesday night, I came home with heartaches and stomach aches and the next day diarrhea ceaselessly, this morning headaches, hot cold sweat, nausea and I haven't eaten since  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Sweating, Stomach Pain

We had several burgers to go.
A few hours after ingestion, we were very ill and had severe diarrhea, nausea and fever.
Verdict: acute food poisoning due to a major hygiene problem according to the medical voices consulted.
Diarrhea and nausea lasted more than 48 hours.
