My son seven years had eaten McDonald's the day before yesterday a Mack Smart menu and then it started at half past three the night until yesterday night at one o'clock just stopped practicing and diarrhea it's still that way today  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Flug von Frankfurt nach Washington Dulles International with United Airlines, flight 988 on 12.28.2023.
After consuming a Beef burger, my husband got sick. He was violently vomiting and diarrhea. I will report this to Lufthansa and United. Our flight was booked through Lufthansa but operated by United.
