I believe I may have experienced mild food poisoning from the hotel's truffle ravioli dinner. I was the only one in the family affected. Started with lower stomach pain and light diarrhea the morning after, lasting for two days. Symptoms weren't severe but were uncomfortable throughout.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea,Nausea,Vomiting,Fever,Stomach Pain,Cramps,Chills,Headache
Suspected source: Lettuce or tomato
Onset: Within 12 to 16 hours
Duration: 8 days
Sick: Only me
Additional information: I have continued to have blurry vision that comes and goes. I’m nervous about nerve damage
