4/3/2023, Checked in on 4/1/2023. Ate at the buffet except for Eve of 4/2 Steak House. Consumed fish, chicken, salads, eggs, fruit etc. Monday AM after coffee, fruit and bread I started to feel very unwell. Explosive diarrhea several times. Retreated to my room with continuous diarrhea, … See More
headache,chills and eventually vomiting and fever. Was treated by hotel Dr given injections she ordered meds. I could not eat or drink because of continued diarrhea and vomiting. Wednesday went to St. Ann’s hospital where I was given I V Fluids. Flew out 4/6 went to my doctor on the 7th fecal sample tested positive for Salmonella, Norovirus and other bacteria from intestinal infection.
I got salmonella 4/1/2023-4/6/2023  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills

drinking or using tap water for brushing my teeth. My wife didn't eat alot of the same types of food other than fruits and salads and drinks. So I think we ate contaminated ftuits vegatables or ice. My family stayed here 7 Nov to 12 Nov. My daughter began having unrelenting diarrhea on 14 Nov that lasted 5 days. She lost 5 pounds. We took her to the pediatrician and tested her stool. It was positive for Salmonella and was reported to the CDC and the local health department.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
