I went there on 30 March 2021 at around 7PM. Ordered Nasi Lemak Bomb. I think the beef rendang is the cause. I cannot sleep properly due to stomach pain.

Woke up at 5pm and rushed to toilet twice with Diarrhoea. Woke up at 7.30 am with diarrhoea again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
