Both my husband and I began having stomach cramps and diahrea after we went out to eat at the italian place the 2nd night of our stay. We are still on vacation, and it has been 2 days and still having the symptoms and have been getting worse  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Second day started feeling like I was dying, passed out in the restroom, I didn’t feel my legs they felt numb (dehydration), the resort didn’t have a doctor at the moment, I had to take a taxi to the hospital who charged me $400 (dollars) for an injection, the hotel didn’t take any responsibility.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration
