Ate from the Speciality Restaurants. Discovered the meat was undercooked/Raw & we have got food poisoning as a result. Management & Staff refused to acknowledge any problems.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Stayed at Hotel Riu Olivia beach over 3 yrs ago and me and my wife had severe sickness and diaorea, why is this still happening in this hotel?
