Dinner on 7th Sept. Seafood eaten at restaurant dinner at 9pm. Partner started feeling nausea after leaving restaurant approx 11:30pm . Violent vomiting for hours occurred. Had a 10 day holiday. Flew home today. Torrential diarrhea and bad stomach cramps with bad headache started 5 days ago. Improved after 2 days, then started again yesterday and has continued into today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache

Husband ate a chicken sandwich on granary sandwich at around noon and nothing else after that.. that evening Diarrhea and severe vomiting . Totally exhausted now and dehydrated.
