group of 3, all of us ordered burgers and a brownie ice cream dessert (shared between 2 of us) narrowed it down to the dessert being the main cause of food poisoning as myself and the person I shared it with were throwing up that night and had nothing else to eat before or after that meal.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I tried several dishes at the market, 1. an oyster at Manola, octopus and lobster salad roll at Carmen and four hours later I was having explosive diarrhea and vomiting accompanied by stomach pains and the chills.
