Suspected source: Food water octopus milk
Onset: 1-2 hours
Duration: 5 hours
Additional information: My husband feels very sick and it was very sudden. We are at two different restaurants. Chills lots of puking and pooping  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills

yesterday, Burger Had a bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms, had a terrible experience. My entire group was poisoned and were vomiting, had extreme nausea and diarrhea.
