August 18 2022, I got sick about 5 hours after eating a 5 dollar meal here. It was the bacon jr cheeseburger Just that I eat fast food a lot. Just quick and easy meal. But this was the first time I ever got this sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate at this location on Transit here in Buffalo New York.. I ordered breakfast food pancakes tater tots and chicken sausage I believe the chicken sausage was bad.. a hour after getting home I've had diarrhea severe diarrhea for the past 3 days now still can't stop going  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Great value organic apple sauce I opened a brand new bottle of that applesauce and fed it to my toddler daughter this morning within 1/2 hour she was vomiting. She continued to vomit through out the day and develop a fever. My son opened the same jar… See more
