I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches on Tuesday, Nov 5, 2019. By Thursday morning, I was having severe stomach cramps followed by diarrhea and nausea and a terrible headache from Thursday evening until Sunday. I was hydrating and ate nothing but soup and crackers and Ginger ale to drink.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Headache

Ate it this morning, had a breakfast grande scrambler with sausage, went to school, about 45 min later this morning I became light headed, had nausea, and felt like I had indigestion. I then threw up. I still feel like I have indigestion.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Indigestion
