Ordered takeout last night - specifically the OMG roll and Alaskan Crunch roll. Severe stomach cramps and diarrhea - burping the sushi. Bad quality food made me sick - never eating here again!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Burping

Had a Venti caramel crunch frap. 4 hrs later, diarrhea, nausea. Inside the store was so dirty, tables not clean, dirty floors, a large number of drinks sitting on counter waiting to be picked up ((more drinks than the number of customers inside). Most unclean store that I have ever been in  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Ground pork 2 weeks in a row, smells so awful I was nauseated as soon as I opened the meat packages. Rancid strong smell like sulfur despite opening shortly after delivery. The rest of the meat in same delivery was fine, just the pork is rotten. Bad batch being sent out?  | Symptoms: Nausea
