I ate bbq ribs at Sound, the restaurant of the Cumberland Hotel in London. I spent the night at the hospital after vomiting and fainting, hitting my head on the ground and causing large wound on my forehead. Exams reported food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Bought steak and potatoe bake at yesterday lunchtime on 07.03.2024 and started to feel cold and tired. When I got home still felt ill and vomited in the night. Still feeing rough this morning.
