I got it delivered then i ate it, few hours later starting getting cramps then an hour later after that i vomited and now been ill for over 3days and i can barely eat anything without feeling nauseous  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps

My girlfriend has got food poisoning from McDonalds burger she hasnt eaten anything for a few hours and then we go to mcdonalds and she orders a chicken burger and now she cant stop going to the toilet or stop being sick she has a fever also  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting
