Today, this morning, Prepackaged sandwich from Tesco Express Chicken triple purchased at 9am. All fridges partially opened already. Refrigerated at home by 9.10am and consumed at 2pm. Sickness occurred from 6pm and ongoing  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Bought a Long Chilli Cheese box meal with chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink at about 12:40pm on 12/01/18. Everything was fine until about midnight on 13/01/18 when I started to get severe and painful stomach cramps and nausea which lead to complete, nuclear carnage in the toilet soon after.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
