Myself, my mum and my two sons all went for lunch at pizza Hut. The only thing we ate in common was I've cream. All of us got sick the following day, bad cramps, vomiting etc. None of the family who didn't attend got sick, this was the only common denominator.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps

i got the south african stack meal at about 9pm. by 1.30am i was having colds chills aches and pains, diarrhea and nausea and vomiting. all morning suffering with diarrhea and chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
