I had the chicken zinger wrap at 1 o'clock on Wednesday, I then went to work and had only chips on my break. Then yesterday I had to call in sick for work as I had flu like symptoms and started having awful diarrhoea from about 11pm last night and still have it  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

I took my sister out to have a meal in Cardiff today, and felt nauseous afterwards, about an hour and a half later I was sick and then I have been constantly since, my sister has now started having sickness and diarrhoea aswell  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My nephew ate at the restaurant on Friday evening, he had a chicken nuggets happy meal.
He vomited Saturday morning and then had diarrhoea for the rest of the day. He then vomited again this morning. (Monday). No fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
