I ordered takeout - Pork Gyoza, Chinese Broccoli with Beef, and a side white rice. My spouse ordered Chow Fun with Beef and Chinese sausage and two chicken egg rolls. I ate all the gyoza and a small amount of the beef, broccoli and rice. 12 hours... later I woke up with sharp stomach pain and threw up. Afterwards I had continuous sharp stomach pain and diarrhea for the next 12 hours until my symptoms subsided 24 hours after eating the meal. My spouse faced no issues and felt fine. Prior to eating here we had eaten the exact same food throughout the day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I got extreme food poisoning last night from eating Firehouse subs. I ordered the “Club on a Sub” and the “Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket”. I have vomited 4 times so far this morning and cannot even digest water. I eat steak, chicken & spicy foods often... & never get sick or nauseated, ever. Firehouse’s meat is quite obviously contaminated. The crazy part is this is not the first time, I ordered from there around 6 months ago and got severe stomach pains and diarrhea. It was so severe the pain in my stomach woke me up in the middle of the night and I was in a cold sweat. I did not report it, as it may not have been their fault my stomach was acting up. But this is crazy! I don’t have any allergies and eat quite well! Somebody needs to conduct a health and safety check at this place. I can’t imagine I’m the only one! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Sweating
Ordered through app. Picked up at 18:30 and eaten at 18:45. I hadn’t eaten yet the whole day. My boyfriend had a breakfast biscuit. Our symptoms are identical and started within an hour of each other. We have either Norovirus or salmonella. I was able to pinpoint... the source to one of ten possible suspects. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Acid reflux, Other

Their broccoli & tomato quiche. As I write this, it was yesterday. The only intake that was different from my partner. Post pandemic, we're careful about handling, sanitising etc. 100% it was the quiche. Lower abdominal cramps 8hrs after ingestion. SEVERE, doubled up. Emptied out 4 times... with cramping over 2 hours until it was just brown water. 'Dire' diarrhea. Subsequently short-slept. Weary the following day. I feel like the remaining half of this quiche should go for testing, the store reprimanded & fined, and I should have ALDI pay me at least a modern full days wage (circa £200) compensation, and a complimentary voucher, though I think this is just a reporting hub that won't yield a legit actioned result for the consumer. Following this report, and in an ideal world, ALDI's remaining batch of quiches would be immediately removed from that store. Imagine the consequences of an ill/elderly/infirm consumer suffering this poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
