2 Medium pizzas with pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, and cheese. Made my mother sick, who is 80, and put her in bed two days. Made me sick, and I have also been bedridden 2 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ate at the Starbucks off of Macarthur in Irvine. Ordered a egg and bacon breakfast sandwich . 20 minutes later at work had terrible stomach cramps and felt shaky and heart racing. Had diaherria for the next 4 hours or so. Terrible never eating from here again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Shaking
