At a barbacoa bowl for dinner. At 3am I awoke vomiting violently, diarrhea, and nausea. It is now noon and I feel only marginally better, nausea, headache, unable to eat.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Ate 2 double beef burritos approx 11:15p at night. Fell asleep, woke up around 2:30a feeling nauseous, fell back asleep, woke up again around 6:30a, had the runs & puked up small amounts off & on throughout the next day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
