Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea,Nausea,Vomiting,Fever,Stomach Pain,Chills,Headache
Suspected source: hamburger
Onset: 1-2 hours
Duration: 5 days
Additional information: I had to go to the emergency room that day at 2 in the morning. I wasn't able to leave the park because I was so dizzy.
