go to the emergency room and i was admitted into the hospital for 3 days with all the symptoms above. my heart rate was very high because of the fever i got as well. i was given a lot of fluids and antibiotics for the severe gastrointestinal infection. i am now having to miss work for a week to recover  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache, Gas

On 12/30/23 stopped with family to eat. I was the only one that had bean burritos. Within 4 hours I was violently puking, cramping in stomach and diahhrea. Happened throughout entire night off and in puking every 45 minutes for about 4 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea

On Saturday, March 19, 2022, my sister from Santa Barbara and I (Glendale) visited my brother. We took him shopping and then decided to take him out to lunch to this place.
