On 4/3/17 at approximately 2:00pm I ate a mcflurry, 2 mcchickens, and a diet coke. No more then 15 minutes went by until the symptoms began. I should also mention that this was actually all i had eaten that day with nothing else since 7pm the night… See more

My son nephew and I all had the caramel apple cider with whip cream and within an hour all of us had vomiting diarrhea chills and stomach cramps. This happened about 3pm Saturday february 4th and the vomiting and diarrhea is still happening today, February 5th.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
