Desert Hot Springs , CA Palm Drive. Got 2 double cheeseburgers ate most of one, started violently vomiting about 40 mins later. I vomited every last bit of that burger about 3-4 times. After that I went to bed and was okay.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

We ordered the bacon king and the crispy chicken sandwich. We couldn't finish the sandwiches because they tasted odd. So we threw them away. The next morning we had bad diarrhea and stomach hurting. It was most likely the lettuce.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Picked up a black coffee around 6pm and just finished violently throwing up all the coffee. I had nothing else today that could have caused an issue (canned food only today) and all that came up was coffee and water. I will not return  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
