My son had french fries the only thing he ate that day. projectile vomiting , non stop vomiting to the point of heaving , can’t keep water down. Diarrhea followed then fever with stomach cramps. onset 2 hours . lasted still going at 12 hours now  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps

startled to me running towards the restroom to vomit at 2:00 am starting. The vomiting and diarrhea at the same time started happening every other hour, I hardly slept last night. I can’t keep anything down so I went to urgent care for my symptoms only to clarify it’s a food-borne illness. I was prescribed zofran because I can’t even keep down water and time off work (1 week). Please don’t support this establishment since they don’t take food protocols seriously. Horrible experience I’ve had so far in my life.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
