My independent living counselor bought me a filet O fish and fries. This was about 4:15pm the fries were not fresh and a lot of tartar sauce on the fish. It was about 10:15pm starting to feel nauseous and stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain

I had three quesadilla tacos on Saturday night and spent all day Sunday vomiting and passing 100% liquid diarrhea. I also have a fever and chills. I laid on the floor because I was so weak after vomiting and passing diarrhea for 6 hours. NEVER eating there again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Weakness
