A short while after eating, I had severe stomach cramps, vomiting and more. The food wasn't cook well. The tables where covered in food including meat. Overflowing trash cans. Terrible moral in workers and manager.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Got it from the black beans I am guessing as it was the only item in my order that I did not share with my father. It was on Sunday the 15th. Not a bad case but don't want anyone else getting it. Cost me a ton of hours at work and money I needed pretty badly. Feels bad man.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Bought this drink after school. I had dinner st PF Changs but immediately after dinner i was very nauseous. This has happened before but a long time ago. I think it happens when i drink it on a very empty stomach.  | Symptoms: Nausea
